Recruitment Process
We have designed our recruitment process to identify applicants with the aptitudes, dispositions, and capabilities necessary to provide efficient security services. Our advantageous position in the hilly areas and adjacent states plays a crucial role in attracting many ex-servicemen and individuals from these regions to our training institute. Consequently, this results in the employment of more committed and trustworthy personnel as guards or supervisors in our company. The following parameters guide our recruitment process:
Structure of Our Recruits
Our recruitment primarily focuses on former servicemen, whom we train to fulfill security responsibilities that meet client satisfaction. In addition to this, we also enlist individuals trained in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and civilians with the requisite aptitude, following thorough verification by our investigators. These candidates undergo comprehensive training at the AMS Security training programs before their selection for security roles.
Physical Parameters
Our hiring criteria include an initial height requirement of 5’7″ for general category employees and 5’5″ for Gorkha, Garhwali, & Kumaoni employees, along with a weight equivalent to height.
Educational Criteria
Our hiring procedure guarantees that all employees possess graduation as a minimum educational requirement and, for former service members, Army II and III certifications. When conducting specialized hiring, we consider the unique requirements of each post.
Age Criteria
Our recruitment policy stipulates that candidates must be a minimum of 20 years old and a maximum of 45 years old. For ex-servicemen, we offer an age relaxation, permitting individuals up to 50 years of age for supervisor positions and higher.
Training Program at AMS Security
AMS Security delivers essential and specialized training in security and firefighting through well-structured courses designed for recruits. It also provides refresher courses for previously deployed personnel. In addition to the internal training programs available to AMS Security staff, the organization provides specialized programs for large enterprises and industrial sectors. Moreover, AMS Security conducts awareness programs that focus on critical subjects such as guarding skills, procedures for VIP/executive protection, and strategies for fire prevention and control.
Training course
AMS Security consistently implements a variety of integrated security programs for security managers and professionals engaged in security duties. The International Level Course presents an opportunity for security management personnel to expand their knowledge of different security matters.
Our organization categorizes employees as either “Fire Hazards” or “Fire Fighters.” Most fire incidents result from human actions, such as mistakes or negligence. However, educated and fire-safety-aware individuals can effectively prevent fires.
We train your employees to identify and mitigate basic fire hazards. Our skilled personnel and instructors provide hands-on training in fundamental fire prevention and protection techniques. Employees learn to contact the fire brigade, operate fire extinguishers, execute escape plans, and assist others to protect property from potential losses.
Additionally, we conduct periodic fire drills at your location upon request, reinforcing fire safety awareness and preparedness.
Security Defense Systems
We offer a comprehensive range of the latest electronic security devices and systems, including handheld and door frame metal detectors, searchlights, spotlights, inspection mirrors, trolley mirrors, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, breath analyzers, alcohol detectors, CCTV cameras, video door phones, timekeeping devices, automatic barrier systems, burglar alarms, intruder alarms, explosive detectors, bulletproof jackets, and podiums.
